Please provide us with information regarding your set and/or scenery. If you have a full technical rider, light plot, stage plot, or have specific knowledge of your technical needs, please attach it to this form. Producer will be required to load out all equipment that have been brought by the producer or third-party vendors following the engagement, and all lighting, sound and staging must be restored to its original state unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
Please note that submission of this form does not guarantee availability of space nor confirm dates and that rental rates, fees and deposits will be required. Upon receipt of this form, Oceana Theater staff will review the request, review the facility calendar for availability of space; and an expense estimate will be sent to the applicant for approval.
Deposit and License Agreement
A non-refundable deposit made out to Oceana Theater Inc. is required to confirm a date. Upon acceptance of the application and receipt of the deposit, the application will be incorporated into a Venue License Agreement. Producer must agree to the terms and conditions of a fully executed Agreement prior to the start of the engagement.
Wheelchair access and stage loading dock statement:
Please note, that we do not have an elevator or wheelchair ramp. The Oceana Theater is located on the 2nd floor of the building that is unfortunately not ADA-compliant (it was built in the early 1900s and falls under a “grandfather clause”), so the Oceana Theater does not offer disability services such as wheelchair accessibility. Also, the Oceana Theater doesn’t have a loading dock access to the stage for any production needs. We apologize for the inconvenience caused.
Stage set / Decorations Note:
No painting, drilling, sawing, driving nails or screws allowed on premises.
Any stage sets and/or decorations must be produced in advance.
DISCUSSION WITH THE TECHNICAL DIRECTOR & EVENT COORDINATOR WILL BE REQUIRED TO FINALIZE EVENT DETAILS
