Wheelchair access and stage loading dock statement:

Please note, that we do not have an elevator or wheelchair ramp. The Oceana Theater is located on the 2nd floor of the building that is unfortunately not ADA-compliant (it was built in the early 1900s and falls under a “grandfather clause”), so the Oceana Theater does not offer disability services such as wheelchair accessibility. Also, the Oceana Theater doesn’t have a loading dock access to the stage for any production needs. We apologize for the inconvenience caused.

    Stage set / Decorations Note:

No painting, drilling, sawing, driving nails or screws allowed on premises.
Any stage sets and/or decorations must be produced in advance.

DISCUSSION WITH THE TECHNICAL DIRECTOR & EVENT COORDINATOR WILL BE REQUIRED TO FINALIZE EVENT DETAILS
