“Allow us to remind you about ourselves” – that’s what we called this warm conversation with close friends who will gather together on this evening, both on stage and in the hall. We will share stories written by Yuri Vizbor, just as he used to tell them himself. With guitar, but not only. Vizbor wasn’t a rebel like Vysotsky, or a philosopher like Okudzhava. He was more like Sinatra, a singer of ordinary human existence filled with friendship, kindness, and romance. Last summer would have been his 90th birthday. At 50, he departed in his ski jacket and pompom hat towards his distant peaks, leaving us songs so we wouldn’t forget. And we haven’t forgotten – we keep singing. Come visit us in the evening, bring your friends and family. Let’s spend these three hours together, sing his songs, talk, and celebrate his anniversary. Sincerely yours, Veniamin Smekhov, Sergei Nikitin, Alexei and Maria Ivashchenko, Dmitry Bogdanov, Timur Shaov, Galina and Alexei Khomchik, Artem Lyskov and musicians of the Stellar jazz trio.
